| Limit: One four-person team per club. Entry
Fee: $240 per team for local qualifying.
84 qualifying teams pay an additional $260 for one day of sectional
qualifying. No additional fee for
championship. |

| ELIGIBILITY: NCGA Associate Clubs ONLY.
Multi-members can only represent one club. No players under 18 years of age.
A numeric index listed on the May 1 master report not to exceed 36.4 (men) or
40.4 (women). NOTE: SIRS - One four-person team per area is eligible for
sectional qualifying. |
| FORMAT: Best two balls of four. Local Qualifying - 18 holes. 84 teams advance to sectional
qualifying. Sectional Qualifying - 18
holes. 30 teams advance to the
championship. Championship - 36 holes,
18 holes per day. Play will be 90%
(men) and 95% (women) of their course handicap using a maximum handicap index
of 18.4 for calculation. All players
with handicap indexes of 18.5 and above are eligible but must play to a
maximum handicap index of 18.4. |

| North Bay Golf Club representatives will be determined by
results from three club tournaments. Best two scores will be used to
calculate ranking. Member must play in at least 2 of the 3 tournaments. Top 4
members will represent the club (1 Lowest Gross and 3 Lowest Net). |
